Claiming shipping fees and taxes

When you redeem your StarsCoin for items in the Rewards Store, the StarsCoin price will include any shipping fees or taxes. This means you don't have to pay extra charges.

If customs charged you these fees, the good news is that we can reimburse you. Just send us a copy of the following documents and we'll take it from there:

  • The parcel invoice (proof of fees that customs have charged you)
  • The paid receipt (clearly showing the amount paid)
  • Our shipping invoice (Pick Note) showing our company names as the shipper.
