Casino game limits: Casino games not showing and multiple game limits

Access to our games might be limited or blocked in certain countries because of different regulatory requirements.

If you can play our games in your country, but you're still not seeing them, make sure that the 'Show Casino games' option is active on your account. To do this, follow the steps below depending on your desktop app:

  1. Choose the 'Settings' tab on the right-hand side of the main lobby.
  2. Select 'Lobby' then 'Lobby Display'.
  3. Check the 'Show Casino Games' option.
  4. Press 'Apply Changes' then 'OK'.

Can I play multiple Casino games at the same time?

Yes. The number of Casino games you can play simultaneously depends on the device you're using. Here's a quick overview:

  • Desktop: you can open up to six table games, up to four slot games, or up to two Live Casino tables at the same time.
  • Mobile app: you can only open one Casino game or table at a time.

When you’ve reached the maximum number of allowed games, you’ll see a pop-up message on your screen warning you about the limit. If that happens and you want to launch a new game, just close or finish one or more of your open games.
