Withdrawals: General Cashier instructions

  • If your payment method is no longer valid, cancel your request and contact us.
  • You must play the funds originating from deposits and player-to-player transfers at least once before you withdraw them.

To request a withdrawal, follow these steps:

  2. Select the Withdraw tab.
  3. Insert the amount you want to withdraw and press the green arrow.
  4. Select your preferred method from the available options*.
  5. Check your withdrawal limits and applicable exchange rate.
  6. Select the green arrow.
  7. Enter the payment method details.
  8. Confirm all details are correct and submit your request.

*Our system may automatically select your withdrawal method. This will happen when you've made deposits in the last 12 months with a payment method subject to our Withdrawal Policy. To know more, head to our website's 'Deposit and Withdrawal' section and choose 'Withdrawal Policy'.

Once you submit your withdrawal request, you'll receive a confirmation email. It will inform you about the transaction details and when you should expect your funds.
