SMS OTP - I'm having trouble receiving or entering my PIN

Please use the following troubleshooting steps to resolve any issues receiving the SMS PIN:

• Confirm your phone number set up for the SMS PIN is up-to-date.
• Restart your device - turn it completely off, then back on.
• Switch on Airplane Mode, then turn it off five minutes later.
• Turn off any third party spam blocker software (Robocall, etc.).
• Check for an "Unknown" category in your messages. It is possible the PIN is being sent there without notification.
  • Settings > Messages > Message Filtering > Turn "Filter Unknown Senders" off
• Make sure our phone number is not blocked (+1 (833)-286-7381):
  • Android - Messages > More > Settings > Check if you have blocked messages from an unknown sender. If so, you will see the blocked numbers.
  • iOS - Settings > Messages > Blocked
• Try your SIM card in another device to be sure this isn't an issue with your device.
